Group Classes at our local parks!

I run TWO types of classes every Monday and Friday. My classes include a Post-School Drop-Off Strength and Conditioning - which help you build strength & condition your body in functional movements- leaving you feeling great after the class; a “Postnatal / Core Recovery Class" to help you regain your strength and confidence after childbirth - babies/toddlers are very welcome to the class.

My classes are aimed at supporting you develop your strength, increase your mobility, and enhance your overall body condition so that you can keep up with the demanding workload and responsibilities that come with this lovely life stage. I’ve designed the classes to be playful, dynamic, and bold, just the way they should be for a lifelong fitness journey! If these are also your fitness goals, then you have come to the right place.

No intimidating movements. Substitute provided to accommodate all levels of fitness and motherhood exhaustion. Looking forward to supporting you.

Fitness is all about consistency - hence these super prices on for unlimited classes per week! Building small healthy habits requires accountability and flexibility in the beginning. Why not take advantage of these prices and plan your workout with me? “Turning up is half the work done” - I will bring the motivation & some super tunes. The group will bring the “peer pressure”.

Buy your membership today and let me know when you turn up to class. If you need to pause your membership, just tell me. It also pauses automatically during school holidays.

FAQ’s

  • Low impact Strength and conditioning. The exercises are designed around strength, conditioning and mobility as it is key building blocks to achieve strong supporting muscles. This will efficiently rectify any muscle imbalances, boost posture and range of motion as joint stability and coordination significantly improve.

  • It is recommended to dress in layers appropriate for the weather and bring a water bottle for hydration. An exercise mat/towel may be useful.
