Welcome to Steph’s Fitness
Hello and welcome! My name is Steph and I am your personal trainer. I take a holistic approach to your physical and mental well-being. My fitness journey is as diverse and vibrant as being Malaysian. As an experienced Personal Trainer, I specialize in pre and postnatal training, strength, conditioning & mobilization training, kettlebell training, suspension training, and assisted stretching.
If you want to tone your body, lose fat, and maintain a sustainable exercise routine at the gym and home, including during pregnancy and postnatally, I’m your trainer. Beyond the physical aspect of fitness, I am deeply passionate about using the movement of our bodies as a tool for maintaining strength and flexibility as we age.
My philosophy revolves around empowering women to embrace their bodies and minds at every stage of life, fostering a positive and sustainable approach to health and wellness.
